Monkfish (BBQ or INDOOR) Feast for One
The Legal Eagle tandoori-spiced Monkfish tail & Gambas are the stars of this three course dinner for one/ two. We have designed it as a BBQ that adapts to cooking indoors if the inclement Irish weather makes an appearance!
Each element has been prepared and is sent to you cold. Your meat comes with seasoning ready to throw on the fires so there is minimal cooking, preparing and tidying up involved!
(A classic wine pairing for the meat would be with our Pikes Riesling which would provide some lovely aromatics to counter the intense spicing of the monkfish)
